Bathing Beauties!

Next year, TAODA has been invited to do a themed show in GALVESTON at the Silk Stocking Gallery. We had a highly successful show there at the beginning of the year and look forward to the opportunity of meeting or exceeding that success next year.

The theme will be "Bathing Beauties"! PEPPER HUME has kindly sent in some photos to get those artistic gears rolling! Thank you PEPPER!

Blogging for beginners

Hi, this is Mary Wiggins. Several of you had some interest in where/how to create a blog.

Although there are other ways to do it, the two most popular (and free) blogging sites are http://www.blogger.com/ and http://www.wordpress.com/. I use Blogger. For more advanced bloggers, or those wanting to customize their blogs, I think Wordpress offers some advantages, but Blogger offers more than enough features to get you started. It's easy to set up an account and easy to create your first post. Smply go to the sites above and have at it! No specialized knowledge required.

We'll talk more about blogging and other internet wonders when I talk on the subject in November.

Cheers,
Mary
